eLifestyle Health Advocates was created by long-time fitness and wellness professionals, Robb and Leah Armstrong. Their motivation for success is driven by their passion and commitment to helping individuals and their families overcome barriers associated with obesity. By creating healthy, sustainable lives through obesity prevention, education and empowerment, eLifestyle Health Advocates aims at combating the causes and devastating effects of this terrible epidemic.

Having a combined professional expertise in the fitness industry totaling 38 years, Leah and Robb realized early on that being overweight was a major contributing factor to potential health risks later in life. Most importantly, they believed that positive lifestyle modifications such as healthy weight management and nutritional habits could greatly minimize the potential that exists for poor health in following generations.
